Subscription Money at the time of Incorporation.

Dear Members,

Can you please guide me in these two points -

1. Can shares be issued against Intangible assets at the time of incorporation of a Private Company..! 

(hopefully subscription monay can only be received in the form of CASH or in Bank)

2. Can a Private Company issue shares to one of its existing shareholder where consideration will be accounted for in the form of Intangible Asset..!!
