Incorporation of Nidhi company

Dear team , 

Has anyone recently incorporated a Nidhi Company?

If yes, please share the procedure.

I also have a few queries:

1.Do we need to include “Nidhi Limited” in the name at the time of incorporation, or after obtaining Nidhi status by filing NDH-4?

2.Should the object clause relating to a Nidhi Company be included in the MOA at the time of incorporation, or can it be added later?

3.How can we increase members to 200, since SH-7 and PAS-3 cannot be filed before filing NDH-4, and one of the requirements for NDH-4 is having 200 members?

Please guide.
