Process for Redemption of Preference Shares

Dear Members,

Can you please guide with the procedure for redemption of preference shares at par by a private Company and what forms will be filed for the same.

As per my understanding Company will be required to take the shareholder approval and file Form MGT 14 and Form SH 7.

Can you also share draft documents for the same.
