MCA Filing error

Dear members, 

We want to file MGT-7 as the company is not a small company as it is subsidiary company.. But when we trying to file MGT-7.. Facing error showing the company  is a small company file MGT-7A.. When we trying to fill up MGT-7A an mentioning the turnover which is more than 100 crore again facing error.. It's showing file MGT-7.. Neither it's allow to file MGT-7A nor MGT-7. We raised the ticket also. Kindly suggest what should we do.
