Procedure and required ROC Forms for change of Name of Private Company

Please share the procedure for change of Name of Private Company and what are the forms that is required to filled at ROC after receiving Fresh Certificate of Incorporation.

Changing the name of a private limited company in India requires passing a special resolution, obtaining board approval, reserving the new name via the MCA portal, and filing Forms MGT-14 and INC-24 with the Registrar of Companies (RoC) within 30 days. A new Certificate of Incorporation is then issued by the RoC, making the name change official.

One rent agreement mentioning both parties' names ?

There's is no legal bar for it but specific area should be allotted for group company's registered office.
