Query Regarding Closure/Strike Off of Company with Pending Annual Filings

  Hello, 

A company needs to be closed/struck off. The company has NIL turnover for the last 4 years and annual filings have been done only up to 31.03.2023. Please confirm whether the company can be closed without filing the remaining pending annual filings.

Annual Filing is required till date the company is having operations.
