Please share your views. Subscribers of llp are staying in different states 

1)whether they can digitally sign including professional as they stay at different places. 

2) in case of physical signature what will be subscription date to be concluded viz., subscriber 1 signed on 1 Aug, subscriber 2 signed 3 August and professional signed on August 5.
