Form DIN-3 allotment letter not received

Dear Members,

I have faced a weird issue on the MCA V3 portal. I filed Form DIR-3; the status in my application history shows "Approved", but the DIN number is completely missing/blank on the generated Challan. Has anyone faced this glitch recently? Where else can I fetch the DIN or approval letter immediately? Thanks in advance!

You can download this in certificates tab in MCA v3 portal in login from which you have filed DIR-3.
