Convert Unregistered Partnership form to Pvt Ltd

If a partnership firm is not registered under Registrar of Firms, do we have have to convert it to Private Limited by way of URC 01 or we need to incorporate it as a fresh Pvt Ltd?

URC 01 is applicable in case of conversation of Registered Firm,LL.P.Trust, Society into Private Limited Company.

Accordingly,you are to incorporate a fresh Private Limited Company.
