Dear Members,
I have received below mentioned query from department in form INC-24, please note main object of the company is same we have just change the name of the company to reflect its business activity more dominantly and appealing.
Comments :- Change of name due to change in main activity of the company, a certificate from chartered accountant regarding turnover details from new activity should be enclosed.
Request to you Please provide certificate format or solution to this query.
