Filing for Redemption of Preference Shares

Dear Sir,  

As the company has received allotment money for the right issue of equity shares, and Pas -3 Form has been filed  we're proceeding with redeeming preference shares. Please confirm if we need to file Form SH-7 for this redemption as per Companies Act, 2013.

Sh-7 is required to be filed within 30 days of redemption of preference shares to intimate ROC about change in the capital structure of the company.
