Hi all,

Has any one done shifting of registered office from one state to another state of an LLP? I just wanted to confirm whether LLP deed will be executed prior to the Newspaper publication or after the publication? Form 15 and Form 3 need to be file

LLP Supplementary Deed  for change of registered office from one State to another is executed after completion of the newspaper publication and creditor objection process, not before.
