LLP closure

Dear Members,

LLP incorporated on 25.12.2024 and operations stopped by 31.03.2025. No revenue earned; only capital introduced and office/rent expenses incurred.

Form 24 can be filed only after 1 year, so we waited. Form 8, Form 11 and ITR for FY 2024-25 were not filed.

Now, should we first file pending Form 8, Form 11 and ITR with applicable late fees, and then file Form 24? Or can Form 24 be filed directly?

Please guide.

All 8,11 and itr should be filed as all these to be attached in  form 24. Pl note.
