LLP query

LLP want to 2 DP in place of existing 2 DP and contribute around 1Cr but DP want to transfer only 20Lakh in LLP and remaining want to kept in own current account 

Can we do above if yes then how much contribution required to show in LLP agreement. 

Should I required to mentioned any other thing in LLP agreement 

Kindly help me in this regard

In LL.P. Agreement show 1 cr. as agreed contribution and actual amount brought in towards capital is Rs.20 lakhs.Outstanding contribution amount will remain Rs.80 lakhs in accounts.

Partners will remain liable to bring Rs.80 lakhs on demand.Further, creditors can enforce it during winding up.

Don't show 1 Cr if you never want to bring it.

File form 3 & 4 within 30 days.
