Branch office in LLP

 Hello All,

My client intends to incorporate an LLP for a pharmaceutical business. The proposed registered office will be in Gondia, and they also plan to operate a branch office in Nagpur. Kindly advise on the process for recording or managing the branch office under the LLP structure.
