Can anyone share Draft Annual Report of a Section 8 Company??

Can we appointment a director in AGM without appointing him as a additional director and resign another director.

If yea so please share the documents for appointment and resignation of director asap.

In my opinion, Director can be appointed in a AGM or EOGM, but resignation of a Director in General Meeting does not seem to be logical.

Appointment may be in EGM/AGM but resignation may be done only in BM.

Appointment in general meeting is possible. But for resignation of director no meeting is required.

A director may resign merely by submitting a letter of resignation addressed to the chairman.It is to be effective from the date of resignation mentioned in the notice 

No need for approval of the board.However.it is to be noted at the next meeting of the board.

Accordingly,AGM has nothing to do in the matter.

Thank You for the Directors Report of Section 8 Company. Is there any change for FY 21-22??
