Query - Verification of Registered Office

Hi all, quick query regarding post-incorporation compliance. For a private company incorporated on 4th May 2026, we selected the correspondence address as the permanent registered office address in the SPICe+ Part B form itself, and attached the utility bill and owner's NOC.

Since the registered office address was verified at the time of incorporation, do we still need to file Form INC-22 within 30 days under Section 12? Or is the SPICe+ filing sufficient? Looking forward to your insights!

Since you have already indicated registered office address at the time of registration in Spice and Part B Form itself with proof of utility bill and owner's NOC,no further filing of INC-22 is required now.
