MGT 7A

1. Is it mandatory to attach List of Directors to MGT 7A?

2.List of shareholders prepared in excel format and then attached to the form in that format  only.But when you download the form and open the attachment it does not open. 

How so? Am I missing something? Please advise.

1. List of Directors is not a mandatory attachment in v3 but it is advisable to attach the same.

2. List of shareholders attached with form MGT-7A, in excel format, does not get opened when we download the form. However, it gets downloaded and opened separately.
