Guidance needed on MH e-GRAS for Share Certificate Stamp Duty

Hi all, 

I need a quick validation from anyone who has recently paid consolidated stamp duty for initial share certificates (upon incorporation) via the MH e-GRAS portal.

While filling the form under the Superintendent of Stamps scheme (Non-Judicial Stamps-Consolidated Stamp Duty) for a Mumbai Suburban company, the Article Code dropdown is locked/inactive, defaulting straight to the Account Head 0030045501. Is this standard for corporate actions? Also, does the final MTR Form No. 6 e-Challan suffice for the secretarial records, or is any physical defacement/endorsement needed from the General Stamp Office?
