One small query. Why is the director's attendance and dates of meetings required to be mentioned in the Directors Report? I think mentioning only the number of meetings is ok.

I have a small doubt

A private Limited Company is having 

1. paid up cap+reserves of Rs. 6 crores

2. turnover of Rs. 58 crores

3. short term borrowings from bank & related parties is rs. 5 crores

Whether CARO reporting is applicable as this is not a small company and also MGT-8 is applicable.
