If a listed entity is changed its name but as per Regulation 45 of SEBI LODR, CA certificate is not attached to explanatory statement / inadverntly it is missed to take it from CA and it has filed application for stock exchange to change its name.
In that case what should we do? How we process to change name of company on stock exchange?
