M facing problem with DIR-3 KYC forms.. DSC affixing field does not appear in the form. Unable to affix DSC from any PC.. Is there any system setting changes required. Pls help me

Dear all, 

in DIN status it is shows as "Deactivated due to non-filing of DIR-3 KYC" on V2 Portal. while we had already submitted the KYC form on V3 Portal.

 

While filing of DIR 11 the error shown "DIN is not approved yet . kindly enter an approved DIN"

 

Kindly do the needful.
