Can the existing loan be converted into Equity Shares of ₹10 at par even if the Book Value is say ₹40.
No Agreement or Special Resolution
Can a fresh Loan be converted into Equity Shares of Rs 10 at par even if Book Value is say ₹40 after execution of Agreement and Special Resolution. If so in how much time period.
