AoC 4 "Pending for Approval" Status Query

Hello everyone,

A few of the AOC 4 forms filed by us are reflecting the status as "Pending for Approval". 

I, therefore, wanted to check if anyone else is facing the issue and if someone can suggest how to get the forms approved, as for Companies required to file CFS we are unable to proceed to file AOC 4 CFS (since SRN of approved AOC 4 SFS is required to be filled in CFS Forms).

Yes in our case adt 1 as well as aoc4 both are showing like this

The same happened in my case. We had to approach to the concerned ROC. They told that there were capital changes during the year due to which the form was pending for approval. After taking up the matter with the concerned ROC, and after approval we were able to file the CFS

If there is any change in capital structure it usually goes for roc approval.

Same issue i was also facing related to Form AOC-4 reflecting "Pending for approval" .After approval we are able to file CFS .Day by Day additional fee also increasing.

Today i raised ticket related to this issue.
