Delay in UDIN generation

Hi All,

A small Company : Auditor generated UDIN in a delay of 12 days, whereas it was finalised by 25th September,2025. 

Main reason of delay was forgot due to ITR filings.

Please suggest what should we do now being the part of Company.

- Someone is suggesting to file Provisional by 30th September,2025 and Audited by 12th October.

- What will be the best way other than Compounding.
