Dear Professionals,

Could you please throw light on the difference between "Change in particulars of existing SBO" and "Change in existing SBO" as asked as the Purpose for filing BEN-2 Form ?

Also, in case a person has ceased to be a SBO, what document should be attached apart from Form BEN-1?
