How to calculate Net worth for AOC 1

Please suggest how to calculate  "Net worth attributable to shareholding as per latest audited Balance Sheet " to be mentioned in AOC 1.

Dear mam, 

Net worth attributable to shareholding as per latest audited Balance Sheet = Net Worth of associate or subsidiary * Percentage of Shareholding in Subsidiary/Associate.
