Transfer of unclaimed Dividend

Can anybody give the procedure for the same?

Is it correct that if any dividend is claimed during the period of 7 years the no. of years for transfer of unclaimed dividend is reset?

Claim of dividend during the 7-year period does not reset the period for transfer of earlier unpaid dividends to IEPF; each dividend is considered independently as per Section 124 of the Companies Act, 201
