We have wrongly filled form 3 capital contrbution and filed Form 11. can you please advice on this whether i can file revised form 3 and form11

yes you should file Form-3 again and change contribution then file Form-11 again

You file a revised form 3 with correct capital contribution and filing fee.

However,Form 11 cannot be revised.Contact ROC with a clarification letter.Depends upon ROC and type of mistakes committed.
