Converting a Public Limited Company to a Private Limited Company involves amending the Articles of Association (AOA) to include restrictions on share transfers and reducing member count to a maximum of 200, governed by Sections 14 and 18 of the Companies Act, 2013. The process requires Board and Special Resolution approvals, filing with the Registrar of Companies (ROC), and Regional Director's approval.
