Is  the same code applicable for both mutual fund distribution and DSA for bank/nbfc?

If the company name is chosen with the words financial/investment services,

MCA sent resubmission remark the words like  advisory, consultancy, broker to be included in the company's name for the object auxiliary to financial intermediaries

But as per AMFI guidelines,  the words like advisory, consultancy etc are not admissible for mutual fund distributor.

Main objects of the company are only

Mutual fund distribution

DSA for bank, nbfc

Any suggestion please let me know
