FORM 3 LLP EXCEL SHEET VALIDATION ERROR

I am Filing Form 3 for Resignation of DP, while uploading Excel File, Excel file template is tampered. Please upload correct file. 

this error is coming, kindly help me to solve this problem.

Don't Change the Value of Monetary Contribution and % of Profit Sharing in Excel Sheet of Resigning Partner, it should be same as earlier.
