Dear Members,

We have registered a trust for undertaking CSR activities and we have received a query as to whether the Form CSR-1 has lifetime validity or yearly renewal is required.

As the same is not specifically mentioned in the Companies Act 2013 or Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility)Rules 2014, can anyone please guide us the validity period of CSR-1 and Section/ Rule which mentions about this.
