Interim Dividend

Hello all,

I want to know something about Interim dividend.

Is the criteria(4) in rule 3 applicable when declaring interim Dividend?.

I believe we have to check only the provisions of section 123(3) and a seperate bank account.

Other criteria such as to check paid up and balance remaining in the reserves is not applicable.

Pls advise.
