INCORPORATION WITH 4 DIRECTORS WITHOUT DIN

Hi all,

A private limited company with 4 directors without DIN to be incorporated. For 3 directors DIN can be applied in Spice+. How to get DIN for 4th director while incorporation is to be done with 4 directors?

You will have to apply for the 4th person DIN & than proceed with incorporation because incorporation forms will take only 3 directors without DIN

Is it possible to apply for DIN before incorporation?

Anyone has clarity on the latest ROC jurisdiction update Mumbai I & II?

As per recent circular, it is understood that ROC Navi Mumbai now has jurisdiction over Thane district.

In that case, if a company shifts its Registered Office from Mumbai to Thane, will it be treated as:  1. Change within same ROC?
OR
2. Change from ROC Mumbai to ROC Navi Mumbai (i.e., inter-ROC transfer requiring RD approval)?

If anyone has handled a recent case or has circular reference, kindly share.

After incorporation the company can apply for allotment of DIN to the 4th proposed director and subject to allotment of DIN,he may be co-opted as an additional director.
