We are currently seeking a company or LLP registered under Kerala ROC that meets the following requirements: 

1. The entity must be at least 1 year old.
2. It should be free from any penalties or non-compliance issues.
3. The nature of the company can be of any type, but we are only interested in ownership transfer. We do not require any assets. 
4. We can discuss the budget and other details over the whatsapp.
