Struts 2 GXP plug-in

There is a GXP plug-in available for Struts 2 now. It is in the
Struts 2 Sandbox SVN:
http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/struts/sandbox/trunk/struts2-gxp-plugin/

Community involvement can help promote it to being an official Struts
2 plug-in. It should be fairly stable as it is based off of code that
has seen significant use within Google. The only changes were to
upgrade from WebWork to Struts 2 and to remove references to code in
other packages.
