Mostly contains updates to support compilation of GXP to JavaScript
(which we are using internally at google).
This stuff isn't really fully baked for public use yet as it is semi-
reliant on Google's internal JS tools but I went ahead and uploaded
the JS-GXP runtime libraries to the SVN repository if anyone wants to
take a stab at getting it working outside of Google. It's probably
doable.
Hopefully at some future date I'll get this in a form more suitable
for public consumption.
