Mvn build fails

I'm trying to build the library (I'm not a mvn expert...), and I'm getting this error:

[ERROR] Failed to execute goal on project gwtupload-project: Could not resolve d ependencies for project com.googlecode.gwtupload:gwtupload-project:pom:1.0.4-SNAPSHOT:

The following artifacts could not be resolved: gwtchismes:gwtchismes:jar:0.9.7, com.google.gwt:gwt-incubator:jar:20101117-r1766: Failure to find gwtchismes:gwtchismes:jar:0.9.7 in http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/ was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of repo1 has elapsed or updates are forced -> [Help 1]
