Hello Guys,

here is my latest app that uses Gwt Mobile framework. Soon there will be an iPhone version (currently being in review process). Plus this app will have its tablet / iPad versions as well.

Nevertheless, there are still few glitches on Android, that are fortunately not present in iOS version of this app.

1) Flickering of background color when navigating forward / backward

When a user navigates forward / backward there is noticable flickering of background color. I still haven't found what is causing it. Whether it is a problem of my CSS or Android's webview.

2)  Flickering of background color when scrolling begins

When a user starts scrolling content, there is again noticable flickering.

But, this flickering occurs only once. When a user starts scrolling and then hit back button there is no more flickering.

Anyway, would be great if you can download and test the app on as many Android devices as possible and let me know if you have any issues with the app.

Nice app and impressive UI! I tried the app and did not see the flickering issues you mentioned. I believe the problem is fixed in Android 4.0 when hardware acceleration for CSS animation is added. 

Two issues I see: 1)the back button is a bit off. 2) the toolbar at the bottom does not expand fully across, only 3/4 of the screen width.  You may want to run it on a 1280 * 720 resolution phone/emulator to see the issues.

Good to know that the flickering issues are no more present Android 4.0. I'm running still Android 2.3.5 on my device.

Regarding the issues:

1) the back button is a bit off.

I know. In the iPhone app the back button is displayed correctly. I'm using the same CSS file for both platforms. I might investigate further, what is causing it.

2) Toolbar

What device do you have? The app should not be installable on tablets / devices with very high screen resolution. There will another version with wider toolbar buttons. I need to check the manifest file.

i am using a nexus galaxy.

the back button on my app looks ok on my phone. i may have tweaked the css for the back button a little bit if you are not using the latest code on the ui project.
