SlidePanel broken

Hi Dennis!

I've just updated to the latest sources and found that SlidePanel is broken. The bug is visible in the kitchensink app - if you swipe in any direction you get a blank page.

Updating to the latest sources was the only way I could get my app running on Android 4.0 - and even then I had to remove any dependency on Events.onDeviceReady() - it doesn't seem to get fired!

Indeed, the slide panel was broken. Fix is in.
