Organizational change

Hi,

the project owner is now changed completely back to the community. This will unfortunately not automatically fix the currently less activity of the project,

because time is short and I'm currently working on some other projects, so supporters are welcome. :-)

The trunk version (1.3) has already a few new features in store, like logging via SLF4J and preparations for a benchmarking tool, but all completed bug fixes are already down-ported to the released version 1.2.1.
