Patch for shared sessions (multiple browser tabs)

I have made a small patch to GWTEventService to support multiple
clients per browser. (You *don't* want to see the large patch I made
first, before I thought of changing the URL!)

Thanks to ahhughes for the Mavenisation work, I'm sure it would have
been much harder to get set up otherwise! And of course to
sven.strohschein, it would be even harder without the event service!

PS I never know what sort of info belongs in the Google Group mailing
list, and what belongs in the forum. What's the plan?

I have answered to your patch at the issue tracker. That is a really
great enhancement for GWTEventService and really speeds up the
development process of GWTEventService 1.2.
GWTEventService 1.2 is on a very good way. The Maven integration will
be completed soon, the support for multiple / shared sessions is
solved and the streaming implementation as an alternative connection
strategy to long-polling is almost done.
That will be a great release. Thanks to Andrew, Sean and the
community. Please continue with your support and with your great
work! :-)
