GWTEventService 1.1.1 is released

Version 1.1.1 is a maintenance release which contains some small
optimizations and ensures the compatibility for JDK 1.5 and greater.

Teaser for GWTEventService 1.2
New features will be released with GWTEventService 1.2 which is
currently in development and will contain some nice features like
streaming, shared sessions
and an extended client side API with the possibility to add events
directly from the client side. Of course, we will try to ensure to
make it completely downward compatible,
like all previous versions, too. GWTEventService 1.2 will be the first
release of GWTEventService which will be built with Maven.
GWTEventService 1.1.1 - Changes
- Issue 14: Compatibility for JDK 1.5 / 5.0 ensured
The end of service life of JDK 1.5 / 5.0 was actually reached on
2009-11-03 (see http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index_jdk5.jsp),
but some productive environments may not be migrated to JDK 1.6 / 6.0
at the time. The compatibility for JDK 1.5 / 5.0 should therefore be
ensured.
- Issue 16: Support for full-qualified configuration parameters added
for the web descriptor configuration.
