Window Resize

I'm trying out the very simple examples in the Getting Started
section. At first I thought that window resize was unsupported or
broken. I tried to resize the window but nothing happened. Then it
turned out that there appears to be about a 1pixel size lower right
corner that can be dragged and the window will resize. I couldn't drag
to resize from any other part of the window frame. The cursor does not
change on rollover to indicate that the window can be resized either.

Are these know issues that are being worked on, or am I doing
something wrong?

If not, can I add these items to my wish list for GWM?

1. Adjustable frame border width
2. Cursor that changes to little arrows (like <--> ) when rolling over
a resizable border
3. Ability to resize window from any frame border or corner.

Currently frames can only be resized with the bottom right corner handle.
