Provide an experimental launcher for using OOPHM. This might be helpful for
Linux users as an alternative solution to using the default Mozilla 1.7
based hosted mode instead of FF3.

I agree. It's nice to have but we should focus on 1.6 first. This won't be
released
for 1.6.
