if I understood you right - you need to disable autobuilding. just click
twice at the
server in server view. go to "modules" tab and disable autobuilding

Comment #2 on issue 69 by dobesv: Option to disable automatic GWT compile

Hello,

I'm not sure you understood me properly. However, when I double click on
glassfish I
don't have a "modules" tab. I do have a "publishing" tab and it allows me
to turn
on/off automatic publishing, but this isn't what I am referring to.

What I am talking about is something very specific to gwt-tooling.

At some times (such as when using Run On Server) it opens a dialog showing
a list of
every GWT module with a checkbox allowing you to specify whether that GWT
module is
compiled when publishing to the server.

If I clear the checkbox then the GWT compiler is only run when I manually
run it. If
I leave it checked, then before publishing any web module, the GWT compiler
is run
for every GWT module that was left checked.

What I am looking for is an easier way to access those checkboxes to
specify that GWT
modules should NOT be compiled when I am publishing to the server (it's too
time-
consuming and doesn't need to be done every time; something I've only
changed server-
side code).
