Currently when you first set up a new Server in eclipse, gwt-tooling asks
you whether you want to compile your GWT modules during a deployment.
However, after that there is no way to change these options, and any
messing around with the Server's Add/Remove Projects results in GWT
compilation being enabled for all projects with no way to turn it back off.
It would be great if that panel would be accessible somewhere even after a
Server has already been added.
