As per the "Google Web Toolkit 1.6 > What's New in GWT 1.6? > Upgrade Guide"

We have to change the LaunchDelegate to use the new class for HostedMode.

This seems straight forward yet the open question is if this Issue is
dependent on the new directory structure as shown in Issue 73.
