ANN GWT Tk 0.2.3

Hi all,

GWT Tk 0.2.3 is now available. This release was compiled against GWT 1.3.3.

Notable changes:
* Rewrote ModalDialog positioning logic
* Firefox documents can now be scrolled when a ModalDialog is up [Win]
* improved the the Demo a bit
* created an "Emulation" module w/ Serializable and CloneNotSupportedException
* created a "Sandbox" module. Mostly consists of a data-centric UI
framework I'm working on (the demo uses this for the side tabs).
